Time Management
Feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or always one step behind? Good time management can make university feel more manageable and help you study with less stress and more confidence. In this workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies to take control of your time and use it more effectively. We’ll explore how to plan ahead realistically, organise your workload, and focus your effort where it matters most. You’ll also learn techniques to study more strategically, improve productivity, and avoid the procrastination trap. By the end of the session, you’ll have tools to help you stay on top of deadlines, make better use of your study time, and get the work done without leaving everything to the last minute.
