Note-taking with Otter.ai

These workshops are only for students registered with Student Accessibility Service (SAS)

If you are struggling to understand lectures and take notes at the same time, Otter ai is for you.

Otter.ai is an automated transcription web app. It is extremely useful for notetaking in class because it gives you more time to focus on the lecture rather than on writing.

You can live transcribe audio/videos, select and highlight important points, insert slides and images into the transcript, export highlighted content to a Word document and do much more.

This session will include setting up your Otter.ai account on your devices and showing how effective lecture notes can be created.
